Samsung's Super I Technology
Samsung's Super I interface switching technology is the component in the DCS system that operates with ISDN like speed and flexibility. With it, you have the flexibility to easily grow your system's capabilities. It enables you to add single line devices such as fax, modem, or cordless phones, as well as digital devices like desktop phones to a single extension port.

Dual Channel Access
With Super I technology Samsung's DCS offers something no other system on the market can - simultaneous access to two seperate channels. This gives your phones the same kind of flexibility that newer television models offer viewers who want to view two programs simultaneously.

While many phone systems offer you the ability to add faxes and modems to your ports, the DCS compact is the only phone which allows for the addition of another digital keyset on the same extension port.

Look at it this way, most phone systems don't have DSP inside, so they're far behind Samsung from the start. But even the few that do still can't measure up to Samsung's Super I technology.

That means the best of them can provide you with access to only one channel, which is like using half of everything that's available to you. DCS delivers access to two channels through a single extension port. That means you can do so much more: carry on two converstaions or perform two phone operations at the same time.

Caller ID:
Identifies the incoming call by displaying their name and number on your phone's LCD display. With Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Caller ID information will appear on your computer screen. Either way, you can see who's calling so you can decide if you want to take the call right now - or have optional voice mail take a message for you.

Computer-Telephony Integration:
By linking your phone directly to your computer, DCS gives your PC the ability to control your phone. You'll be able to use this feature in ways you can only imagine, in turn making your work hours more productive and your life a little easier.

Speed Dial:
DCS Compact's Built-In Speed Dialing function is like having a phone book in your keyset, with a file of 1500 speed dial numbers at your fingertips - significantly more than any other system. And you can put your most frequently called numbers on a "One Touch" button on your telephone for even faster access.

Call Forwarding Flexibility:
If your business is one in which the effective management of large volumes of inbound calls is critical sucess, consider this: DCS Compact has the capacity to direct traffic flow smoothly so that your callers will never be turned away unanswered. When individuals for whom calls are intended are otherwise occupied, the system will intelligently reroute those calls to their optional voice mail or other designated stations as desired. In short, it can help keep you from missing out on potential sales or important clients simply because a line is busy or a caller is tired of waiting for their call to be answered.

Off Hook Voice Announce:
This feature lets you decide if you want to take an incoming call - even when you're already on another line. With OHVA, you can be advised of a call by any other keyset on the system and no one needs to leave their desk.

Live Keypad
Live Keypad lets you talk to the world without even picking up a phone. Simply reach for your phone and start dialing the number keypad. You don't even have to pick up the receiver to connect to the outside world.
